Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from UNIST and with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on each shipping container and all paperwork accompanying the return. Returns must be safely packaged and all items must be in original packaging. Goods must be shipped prepaid via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for the goods until received in our warehouse. Credits or refunds will be issued after the returns are inspected by UNIST. Unless previously arranged with and agreed to by Unist, returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.


Any product that fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs outside of the warranty period will be quoted after inspection of the product. There is a minimum $50 inspection fee per piece of equipment for any non-warranty repair. All items shipped back for repair must follow the Returns guidelines given above.


UNIST's liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not include the cost of any other charges. UNIST shall not be liable to or responsible for any consequential damages whatsoever, including but not to limited to any damage or loss resulting from delay or default in delivery due to any cause. If non-trackable shipment methods are chosen by the customer when other options are available, then Unist is not responsible for lost packages and the customer bears all risk associated with the shipment. Resolution on tracked packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


This order shall not be binding on UNIST until acknowledged from its home office, UNIST, Inc. 4134 36th ST SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512-2903, USA. Once the order has been acknowledged, the buyer cannot cancel the order without first obtaining written consent from UNIST. On such a cancellation there will likely be a charge to cover the cost of any work in progress or expenses incurred in attempting to fulfill the order before cancellation.

Although we will make every effort to fulfill all orders, Unist cannot provide a guarantee regarding the availability of any specific product showcased on this website. Unist retains the right to cease the sale of any product featured on this website at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.

The prices of products available on this website may differ from other advertised prices because of varying conditions in different geographic markets.

The prices listed on this website are stated in U.S. dollars and are applicable exclusively within the United States. These prices do not encompass shipping and handling fees or any applicable sales taxes, which will be added to your total invoice amount. You are accountable for covering any associated shipping and handling charges, as well as state and local sales or use taxes that may be applicable to your order.

Although our aim is to maintain a 100% error-free website, we cannot assure the accuracy or completeness of any content, including price details and product specifications. In the event of any price errors, they will be rectified within our systems, and the corrected price will be applicable to your order. Unist retains the authority to withdraw any stated offer and rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been submitted and accepted.


UNIST warrants to the Purchaser that the equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. When UNIST Coolube™ lubricant is used exclusively in the equipment, UNIST warranties its positive displacement pumps for as long as the original purchaser owns the equipment (lifetime). In all cases electronic parts are covered for 90 days. This warranty does not cover normal service parts or parts that fail due to chemical attack, incompatible fluids, abuse, improper service, or improper use. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness of purpose. UNIST reserves the right to correct any defect by either repairing or replacing defective parts or refunding the purchase price. Warranty returns must be done in compliance with UNIST’s return policy.
